Ferris Street Services, Inc. was established in 2013 with the objective of providing premium balancing services to designers, contractors and owners who recognize the value of a properly balanced and documented system. The core of what we do is measuring and adjusting air and water flows in ventilation and hydronic systems, referred to as ‘balancing’. Balancing in the bigger picture is ‘comparing the value of one thing with another’.
Ferris Street Services recognizes the value of ‘balancing’ the concerns of designers, construction managers, installers, operators, maintainers and owners of building mechanical systems to achieve optimum system performance and efficiency. Please contact us to discuss collaborating on your next project.
